The company manages projects from ideation and design development through fabrication, technology integration, and on-ground execution.
Its work includes immersive technologies, AV systems, interactive installations, and government, heritage, and brand projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead concept development and creative design for experiential projects.
- Translate briefs into visual narratives, spatial concepts, and storytelling frameworks.
- Guide ideation, storyboarding, visual design, and spatial storytelling teams.
- Develop presentations, pitch decks, and concept documentation.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, project teams, and engineers.
- Review sketches, storyboards, illustrations, layouts, and digital visualizations.
- Manage design language, experiential quality, workflows, timelines, and deliverables.
- Mentor designers, illustrators, 3D artists, and visualization specialists.
- Coordinate with project and business development teams on pitches and presentations.
- Integrate projection mapping, interactive installations, AR/VR, and multimedia storytelling.
- Use AI-powered creative tools and visualization technologies in concept development.
- Research trends in experiential design, museum storytelling, and immersive environments.
Required Skills and Competencies
- At least six years of relevant experience in visual storytelling, concept development, creative, experiential, exhibition, museum, or immersive design.
- Strong leadership and studio management capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
- Ability to translate complex narratives into engaging spatial experiences.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects while meeting quality and deadline expectations.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools and generative creative workflows.
Education and Preferred Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, fine arts, visual communication, architecture, exhibition design, or a related creative discipline.
- Government or institutional experiential project experience is highly preferred.
- Design studio, experiential agency, or exhibition design firm experience is preferred.
- Filmmaking experience is a strong advantage.
Tools and Software
- Preferred design tools include Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
- Preferred 3D and visualization tools include Blender, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Lumion, and Unreal Engine.
- Preferred AI creative tools include Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, Runway AI, and DALL·E.
- Preferred presentation and collaboration tools include Figma, Miro, Notion, and similar platforms.
Compensation
- Compensation is listed as 20–25 LPA, corresponding to an annual salary period.
Location
- The role is listed in Mayapuri, Delhi.
