Lead the development, maintenance and monitoring of Lifecycle and Capital Works programmes across multiple FM contracts.
Manage programme performance reporting, resource planning and schedule control to support successful project delivery.
Support operational and project teams to deliver customer-focused services through robust planning processes, systems and performance management.
Collaborate with project, commercial, operational and client stakeholders to ensure programme objectives, risks and dependencies are effectively managed.
Drive business improvement through programme analysis, performance monitoring and the implementation of planning best practice.
Develop and maintain accurate, achievable programmes across the FM portfolio, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and business requirements.

Qualified to HNC/HND level in a Building, Mechanical or Electrical discipline, or hold a relevant degree, equivalent qualification, or comparable experience.
Strong experience in developing and managing construction or engineering programmes of work.
Experience within project or programme management environments.
Health and safety qualification such as IOSH Managing Safely, SMSTS, or equivalent.
CSCS card, or the ability to obtain one if needed.
Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary construction or lifecycle programmes.
Skilled in producing resource-loaded programmes and undertaking scenario planning.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple organisational levels.
Eligible to obtain Enhanced DBS and Security Clearance as required.
