The role supports Qualcomm's Datacenter Networking Business Unit and next-generation connectivity products.
Role Overview
Lead planning, development, execution, and delivery of software, emulation, and silicon validation for networking products.
Drive the end-to-end software, firmware, emulation, and validation lifecycle for connectivity products used in AI datacenters.
Collaborate with designers and pre- and post-silicon leaders throughout product development.
Responsibilities
- Drive requirements scoping, analysis, and planning across technical teams and customers.
- Establish and maintain the program Plan of Record, including priorities, schedules, resources, scope, and deliverables.
- Manage program goals, priorities, stakeholder involvement, business processes, and delivery decisions.
- Manage risks, mitigations, schedule trends, recovery actions, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Develop KPIs and program success metrics covering program health, quality, and timelines.
