Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline

10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry with a strong foundation in digital design, verification, or EDA tooling

Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager leading complex, cross-functional programs in semiconductor development environments

Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, build program plans, and drive execution to completion

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing and presenting to executive audiences

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to create dashboards, track metrics, and use data to drive decisions

Understanding of artificial intelligence or machine learning methodologies and their application to semiconductor design flows

Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Unix, and Perforce

Experience with digital front-end flows, Synopsys verification tools, and Fusion Compiler is a plus

PMP or other relevant program management certifications are a plus

You will be joining the IPG Digital Methodology and Enablement team at Synopsys, a global team supporting multiple product lines, technologies, and initiatives. This team acts as the interface across Interface IP R&D and CAE teams, customers, and EDA technology experts to create unified solutions that address the growing needs of internal development teams. You will work cross-functionally with internal development teams and have exposure and visibility on a global scale throughout the organization. In this role, you will collaborate with the industry's most talented professionals, empowered by the Synopsys EDA ecosystem, to deliver high-speed silicon-proven interface IP solutions in the latest process technology for cutting-edge industry verticals.
