Role Overview
itD is seeking a Technical Program Manager IV to lead cross-functional project execution and roadmap delivery for a marketing technology organisation.
The role focuses on complex technology initiatives in a fast-paced environment and requires technical project management, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and roadmap execution experience.
Location and Engagement
- The position is remote, with a preferred location in the Bay Area, California.
- The engagement has a stated duration of 12 months.
- Only direct W2 candidates are being considered, and sponsorship is not available.
Project Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery for strategic marketing technology initiatives.
- Operationalise roadmaps by translating strategic objectives into project plans and milestones.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and cross-functional program meetings.
- Manage risks, blockers, dependencies, project plans, status reporting, documentation, and communications.
- Coordinate with Product, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Decision Science, and Business Analysis teams.
- Support centralized reporting initiatives that improve marketing performance, brand sentiment, and business outcomes.
