Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least 8 years of experience in technical product operations, strategy, consulting, operations, or program management.
• Advanced SQL expertise, including CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, and complex transformations.
• Experience using AI agents and AI-assisted workflows to automate technical processes.
• Expert Google Workspace proficiency, especially Google Sheets with advanced formulas, pivot tables, documentation, and workflow automation.
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional workstreams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting Meta Product Operations teams.
• Experience with AI-assisted development, low-code/no-code platforms, or AI-powered code generation.
• Experience with VS Code or similar development environments.
• Experience building dashboards with Tableau, Looker, Unidash, or similar BI platforms.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and data infrastructure concepts.
• Experience partnering with Engineering on technical requirements and product specifications.
• Background in quality assurance, product testing, ML/AI validation workflows, or technical operations.

Education

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
