The Role: Technical Program Manager III
As a Technical Program Manager III, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale data center construction programs.
This role exists to ensure projects are executed on schedule, within scope, and aligned with Switch standards.
You will operate independently with full ownership of assigned programs, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across design, construction, procurement, and operations.
Your work directly impacts project delivery, operational readiness, and long-term infrastructure performance.
This position may require the candidate/employee to undergo additional background checks and drug screenings prior to and during the course of employment in support of customer-specific deployments.
What Youll Do
- Lead the full lifecycle of hyperscale data center construction programs from pre-construction through commissioning and handover
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones
- Track performance across scope, schedule, and cost commitments
- Identify risks early and maintain program risk registers
- Own mitigation strategies and track issues through resolution
- Manage change control processes, including scope, cost, and schedule impacts
