Special Projects Construction Manager

You communicate clearly with field teams, leadership, and cross-functional partners.

You plan ahead and anticipate operational and construction risks.

You stay organized while managing multiple workstreams.

You remain steady and practical in deadline-driven environments.

You work respectfully with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

5+ years of experience in data center construction management or mission-critical operations.

Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and IT infrastructure systems.

Advanced understanding of construction management processes and methods.

Experience managing contractors in active construction or retrofit environments.

Experience managing budgets, schedules, and change orders.

Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights or weekends, based on project needs.

Ability to work on-site and follow required safety protocols, including use of PPE.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience using Procore or similar construction management software.

Working knowledge of CAD or 3D modeling tools.
