Technical Program Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in AI project management, technology modernization, or related fields.
• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience leading large-scale AI projects, preferably within a government or enterprise environment.
• Experience with AI technologies, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
• Experience in identifying and driving organic growth initiatives.
• Candidate Must have an Active Top Secret SCI Poly Clearance

• A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Relevant AI/ML certifications from recognized institutions (e.g., Coursera, edX, Google AI) are a plus

• Leadership and Management: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving strategic goals.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of AI/ML, generative AI, cloud computing, and digital transformation.
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to identify and drive growth opportunities.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex technical and business challenges.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and emerging technologies.
