Responsibilities
- Own and manage the C5ISR sales/customer demo/loaner equipment pool
- Track, configure, maintain and refresh demo hardware and software assets
- Coordinate shipping returns, inventory, and lifecycle management of demonstration systems
- Design, assemble, and configure customer demonstration systems
- Perform board level hardware integration and system bring up
- Install and configure operating systems, middleware and applications software
- Validate readiness and reliability of demo platforms for customer engagements
- Support technical sales pursuits through preparation of customized demos
- Create technical presentations and supporting customer facing documentation
- Conduct technical evaluations, benchmarking, and performance testing
- Troubleshoot hardware/software integration issues
- Provide technical feedback from customer interactions to product teams
Requirements
- Relevant hardware and/or software engineering degree, or equivalent industry experience
- 4+ years work experience in defense, aerospace, or mission critical systems
- Expert working knowledge of Linux
- Strong experience with embedded systems and board support package environments
- Strong hands on hardware skills with VPX hardware and associated usability/integration
- Experience with board bring up, system integration and excellent troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with networking, embedded software deployment and system testing
- Experience with RTOS environments such as VxWorks
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Your Challenge

What You Bring
- A highly motivated and curious self starter with an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit.

Salary
- Salary: CAD 82,100 CAD 109,500 plus bonus opportunity.
