Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog, defining priorities and orchestrating cross functional delivery to maximize business value
- Drive features through the entire product lifecycle, from PRD definition to production release
- Own the full integration lifecycle for external providers, from technical due diligence to deployment and launch
- Translate business requirements into clear, unambiguous specifications and user stories
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Partner closely with business, commercial, operations, and compliance stakeholders
- Provide mentorship and line management to a Business Analyst and Product Designer
- Conduct root cause analysis on requirement gaps and delivery issues
- Establish and track product KPIs aligned with business objectives
- Analyze user behavior and performance indicators using analytics and BI tools
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management within iGaming or related digital product environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Product Management, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of AI, Data ML concepts
- Hands on experience owning a backlog and writing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Experience following Agile methodologies, SAFe framework and Continuous Delivery practices
- Strong understanding of iGaming B2B digital products, user behaviour and market demand
- Strong communication, leadership, and cross functional collaboration skills

Description
- We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to take end to end ownership of the development and evolution of our sports oriented SaaS based digital platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog, defining priorities and orchestrating cross functional delivery to maximize business value.
- Drive features through the entire product lifecycle, from PRD definition to production release, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and controlled phased rollouts.
- Own the full integration lifecycle for external providers, from technical due diligence and API assessment to deployment and launch.
- Translate business requirements into clear, unambiguous specifications and user stories that enable efficient execution by engineering teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, fostering effective collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with business, commercial, operations, and compliance stakeholders to design and deliver scalable, customer centric solutions.
- Provide mentorship and line management to a Business Analyst and Product Designer, supporting their professional development and promoting effective collaboration.
- Conduct root cause analysis on requirement gaps and delivery issues, driving corrective actions and continuous process improvements.
- Contribute to the evolution of product standards, best practices, and governance frameworks, while promoting a culture of quality and accountability.
- Establish and track product KPIs aligned with business objectives and success metrics.
- Analyze user behavior and performance indicators using analytics and BI tools to evaluate engagement, turnover, retention, and overall product health.
- Drive product decisions through data driven insights, continuously validating performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management within iGaming or related digital product environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Product Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of AI, Data ML concepts, with experience translating them into personalization features that drive user engagement and simplify decision making.
- Hands on experience owning a backlog and writing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience following Agile methodologies, SAFe framework and Continuous Delivery practices, leveraging JIRA and Confluence for backlog management, planning, and documentation.
- Strong understanding of iGaming B2B digital products, user behaviour and market demand.
- Strong communication, leadership, and cross functional collaboration skills, with a data driven mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment while effectively managing evolving priorities.
Desirable
- Technical background in software development, QA, system analysis, or a related discipline
- Thorough understanding of how integration heavy, microservices based systems work at a conceptual level.
- Strong understanding of API integrations, including REST and SOAP protocols, authentication mechanisms, webhooks, and payload validation.
- Experience working with database queries in MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with integration environments, testing cycles, and production release processes.
