About the Role
Suntech Innovation seeks an experienced B2B Account Manager to manage client relationships and drive end-to-end onboarding for content-provider products via Proxy API integrations.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise clients
- Build and maintain strong long term relationships through proactive communication and structured engagement
- Facilitate client discussions, workshops, and status meetings with business and technical stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor during onboarding and implementation stages
- Uncover client needs, challenges, and growth opportunities
- Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for clients adopting external proxy API solutions
- Maintain project charter, implementation tracker, and delivery status reports
- Monitor progress across milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely delivery against agreed implementation plans
- Handle technical questions raised by clients and coordinate timely responses with internal teams
- Guide clients through API implementation requirements and troubleshooting
- Support validation and testing of integrations across environments
Requirements
- Solid experience managing enterprise/B2B client accounts (Sports Gaming/Trading)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven background in onboarding & implementation delivery
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel client integrations
- Strong documentation and tracking discipline
- Good understanding of API integrations (REST, SOAP, authentication methods, webhooks, payload validation)
- Basic understanding of Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ message streaming workflows, along with database query handling using MySQL/PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with integration environments, testing cycles, and production release processes
- Experience in B2B systems integrations (preferred)
- Exposure to enterprise product onboarding programs (preferred)
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar (preferred)
- Prior experience in iGaming, fintech, platform integrations, or external partner B2B ecosystems (preferred)

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced B2B Account Manager to manage client relationships and drive end to end onboarding for content provider products delivered via Proxy API integrations.
- This role acts as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring seamless client engagement from initial discussions through integration, go live, and ongoing support.

Required Skills & Experience

- Good understanding of API integrations (REST, SOAP, authentication methods, webhooks, payload validation)
- Basic understanding of Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ message streaming workflows, along with database query handling using MySQL/PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with integration environments, testing cycles, and production release processes
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with client engineering teams
- Knowledge of proxy/API gateway solutions is advantageous
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B systems integrations
- Exposure to enterprise product onboarding programs
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Prior experience in iGaming, fintech, platform integrations, or external partner B2B ecosystems is a plus
