Role Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced B2B Account Manager to manage client relationships and drive end to end onboarding for content provider products delivered via Proxy API integrations.
  • This role acts as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring seamless client engagement from initial discussions through integration, go live, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise clients
  • Build and maintain strong long term relationships through proactive communication and structured engagement
  • Facilitate client discussions, workshops, and status meetings with business and technical stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted advisor during onboarding and implementation stages
  • Uncover client needs, challenges, and growth opportunities
  • Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for clients adopting external proxy API solutions
  • Maintain project charter, implementation tracker, and delivery status reports
  • Monitor progress across milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely delivery against agreed implementation plans
  • Handle technical questions raised by clients and coordinate timely responses with internal teams
  • Guide clients through API implementation requirements and troubleshooting
  • Support validation and testing of integrations across environments

Required Skills & Experience

  • Solid experience managing enterprise/B2B client accounts (Sports Gaming/Trading)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in client facing discussions
  • Proven background in onboarding & implementation delivery
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel client integrations
  • Strong documentation and tracking discipline
  • Comfortable working in fast moving technical delivery environments
  • Good understanding of API integrations (REST, SOAP, authentication methods, webhooks, payload validation)
  • Basic understanding of Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ message streaming workflows, along with database query handling using MySQL/PostgreSQL
  • Familiarity with integration environments, testing cycles, and production release processes
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with client engineering teams
  • Knowledge of proxy/API gateway solutions is advantageous

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B systems integrations
  • Exposure to enterprise product onboarding programs
  • Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
  • Prior experience in iGaming, fintech, platform integrations, or external partner B2B ecosystems is a plus
