Your Impact

• Shape product direction and own day-to-day product execution across two Platform engineering teams.
• Translate complex technical problems into clear product decisions, priorities, and requirements.
• Work with Engineering to understand technical constraints and tradeoffs while keeping decisions anchored in customer and business needs.
• Synthesize input, make recommendations, and drive decisions forward through ambiguity.
• Build relationships across Engineering, Product, Design, and Leadership to align stakeholders and navigate dependencies.
• Break complex projects into milestones and incremental releases while balancing speed, scope, quality, and maintainability.
• Create product requirements, concepts, and low-fidelity wireframes where needed.
• Maintain visibility into status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and upcoming milestones.
• Support rollouts, migrations, and releases for platform capabilities spanning multiple Pixieset products.
• Use customer, business, and product signals to improve owned capabilities.

Role Requirements

• 2+ years of Product Management experience, or equivalent experience owning and delivering software products or technical initiatives.
• A strong technical foundation developed through Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Product Management, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Ability to understand software systems, technical constraints, and engineering tradeoffs while considering customer and business needs.
• Strong product judgment and comfort making decisions with incomplete information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complexity into clear recommendations and direction.
• Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across Engineering, Product, Design, and senior stakeholders.
• Adaptability, curiosity, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities and context.
• A bias toward action, simplicity, and incremental delivery.

Work Environment

• Hybrid work environment with two in-office days per week.

Compensation and Benefits

• Typical salary range is CAD 95,000 to CAD 131,250 annually, based on skills, experience, and market data.
