Overview

  • We are looking for a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to support delivery across Guidepoint's AI Platform and Data Products initiatives.
  • This role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Sales, and Client Service teams to drive execution of strategic programs.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Director of Product to develop and maintain product roadmaps across multiple initiatives.
  • Write detailed product requirements, define acceptance criteria, and partner with engineering to estimate, sequence, and deliver features.
  • Help prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, technical complexity, and resource constraints.
  • Translate business requirements into clear project plans, milestones, and execution strategies.
  • Track roadmap commitments and ensure teams remain aligned on priorities.
  • Drive execution of multiple concurrent programs across AI, data, and platform initiatives.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Proactively identify blockers and coordinate resolution across teams.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Sales, Client Service, and Executive Leadership.
  • Coordinate internal testing, user acceptance testing, rollout planning, and operational readiness.

What You Have

  • 4+ years of experience in Technical Product Management.
  • Experience working closely with software engineering teams to deliver technical products or platform initiatives.
  • Hands on experience managing API, integration, SaaS platform, and data products.
  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle.
  • Strong project planning, organization, and execution skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, and related collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Compensation

  • The annual base salary range for this position is 150,000 180,000 CAD.
  • Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
