- Partner with Director of Product to develop and maintain product roadmaps across multiple initiatives
- Write detailed product requirements, define acceptance criteria, and partner with engineering to estimate, sequence, and deliver features
- Help prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, technical complexity, and resource constraints
- Translate business requirements into clear project plans, milestones, and execution strategies
- Track roadmap commitments and ensure teams remain aligned on priorities
- Drive execution of multiple concurrent programs across AI, data, and platform initiatives
- Maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
- Proactively identify blockers and coordinate resolution across teams
- Serve as a key liaison between Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Sales, Client Service, and Executive Leadership
- Coordinate internal testing, user acceptance testing, rollout planning, and operational readiness
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Technical Product Management
- Experience working closely with software engineering teams to deliver technical products or platform initiatives
- Hands on experience managing API, integration, SaaS platform, and data products
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle
- Strong project planning, organization, and execution skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, and related collaboration tools
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Overview
- We are looking for a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to support delivery across Guidepoint's AI Platform and Data Products initiatives.

Compensation
- The annual base salary range for this position is 150,000 180,000 CAD.
- Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
