Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product roadmap for the new mobile finance app
- Build, maintain, and present quarterly roadmaps to cross functional teams and Senior Leadership
- Act as central hub for user feedback, systematically track bugs, triage feature requests, and translate into actionable engineering sprints
- Define user problems and prioritize solutions that improve user retention, dynamic product mechanics, and customer growth journey
- Use AI tools to assist with customer insight discovery, market research, and competitor benchmarking
- Collaborate tightly with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into user stories
- Align multiple business stakeholders on priorities, fast paced execution goals, and value trade offs
- Stay current on market trends, alternative lending insights, and internal technical architecture
Requirements
- Proven ability to thrive in an intensely fast paced environment and match intensive working hours of Senior Leadership
- Demonstrated ability to manage product roadmaps, lead cross functional initiatives, run quarterly planning cycles, and translate ambiguity into structured outcomes
- Strong decision making and prioritization skills, ideally with understanding of consumer finance, alternative lending, or fintech products
- Understanding of technical systems and product architecture at a conceptual level
- Strong initiative around using AI tools to support product discovery, customer understanding, and workflow acceleration

About The Role
- As a Product Manager, you own a critical, high growth product domain: a new mobile finance app.
- You are accountable for defining the roadmap, setting priorities, and partnering with engineering to build features that drive rapid business value.
- This is a high impact role working directly with Senior Leadership in a hyper fast paced environment requiring a 0 to 1 startup mentality.
What You'll Do
- Drive Program & Roadmap Management: Own and manage the product roadmap for this new mobile finance app.
- Synthesize Feedback & Manage Backlogs: Act as the central hub for user feedback and translate into actionable engineering sprints.
- Optimize Product Mechanics: Define user problems and prioritize solutions that improve retention and growth.
- Leverage AI: Use AI tools for customer insight discovery, market research, and competitor benchmarking.
- Cross Functional Execution: Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Align multiple business stakeholders on priorities and trade offs.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Stay current on market trends and alternative lending insights.
Requirements
- High Velocity Execution: Proven ability to thrive in an intensely fast paced environment.
- Product & Program Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage product roadmaps and lead cross functional initiatives.
- Domain Aptitude: Strong decision making and prioritization skills, ideally with fintech understanding.
- Technical Fluency: Understanding of technical systems and product architecture.
- AI Curiosity: Strong initiative around using AI tools.
