Role Description
Lead the development and continuous improvement of technology-driven products.
Connect business goals, customer needs, and technical capabilities to define product strategies and deliver scalable solutions.
Work across engineering, design, QA, data, security, and business teams.
Core Responsibilities
- Define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product roadmap.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and provide development teams with implementation context.
- Analyze customer feedback, market trends, product performance, and business data to identify opportunities.
- Coordinate product launches, monitor KPIs, manage priorities, and optimize the product experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software development, APIs, databases, cloud technologies, system architecture, and technical product concepts.
- Strong analytical, strategic, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, technical documentation, and practical technical solutions.
