Position Summary
We are seeking a Technical Operator to support safe and efficient operation on our production floor. This specialized role is responsible for managing, trouble shooting, and supervising machinery on the production line to ensure our product is meeting Quality Assurance and Food Safety standards. In addition, this position requires strong communication with team members and leadership, both within and across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Embody and promote company’s core values (Integrity, Growth and Resilience).
- Adhere to all General Manufacturing Principles (GMP)
- Act as expert on relevant departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Complete all required reports accurately, clearly, and within designated timeframes
- Execute assigned tasks efficiently and in alignment with company standards
- Support overall production targets and operational success
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of the assigned line section, acting as the main point of contact for its operation, safe handling, and troubleshooting
- Set up department machines and equipment, perform line changeovers as needed, and prepare machinery for end-of-day sanitation
- Conduct Critical Control Point (CCP) checks, including metal detector inspections, in accordance with General Manufacturing Principles (GMP)
- Support team members in completing required tasks, ensure quality checks are properly carried out, and maintain production pace to meet efficiency and company standards
