The Process Digitalization Coordinator is responsible for digitizing, centralizing, and making all process-related records instantly accessible. Drives world-class digital maturity through simple, reliable, high-adoption tools.
Key Responsibilities
Embody and promote company’s core values (Integrity, Growth and Resilience).
Maintain a centralized digital repository for process, training, quality, and safety documentation.
Develop and maintain training matrices, certification tracking, and compliance records in collaboration with HR.
Create and update KPI dashboards and reports using SharePoint, Power BI, or similar tools.
Design and manage document control, approval, and training assignment workflows.
Ensure process guides, work instructions, and safety information are accessible on the plant floor.
Digitize legacy records and maintain document version control and audit trails.
Monitor training completion, system usage, and compliance metrics and report on gaps.
Train employees on digital tools, document access, and self-service systems.
