- Investigate and troubleshoot database related issues, including writing and analyzing SQL queries
- Use log analysis tools to identify root causes and drive resolution
- Take ownership of incidents end to end from identification through resolution and closure
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders throughout the issue resolution lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to escalate and resolve complex distributed system issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and documentation

- Arabic speaker
- Experience in application/operations support
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving application, platform, and infrastructure issues
- Experience with log analysis tools (e.g., Azure Log Analytics)
- Ability to write and analyze SQL queries
- Ability to work under pressure during live incidents

Job Overview
