Responsibilities
- Coordinate end to end IT project activities, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Support teams
- Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, RAID logs, and status reports
- Organize project kick offs, daily stand ups, sprint planning, stakeholder meetings, and prepare meeting minutes
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Monitor project risks and escalate issues to management when required
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure compliance with organizational project governance, documentation, and quality standards
- Support requirement gathering, change requests, project documentation, and project closure activities
- Assist in budget tracking, procurement coordination, and project reporting
- Maintain project dashboards and generate periodic progress reports for leadership
- Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Experience in IT project coordination
- Ability to prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, RAID logs, and status reports
- Experience organizing project kick offs, daily stand ups, sprint planning, and stakeholder meetings
- Ability to track project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Experience monitoring project risks and escalating issues
