- Take full ownership of BIM project delivery from kickoff to completion
- Lead BIM Managers, BIM Coordinators, Discipline Leads, Engineers, and BIM Modelers
- Plan manpower allocation across multiple projects
- Establish team KPIs and monitor performance
- Act as main technical point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
- Lead technical coordination meetings
- Manage client expectations, submissions, approvals, and issue resolution
- Implement and manage BIM workflows aligned with ISO 19650, BEP, EIR, LOIN, MIDP/TIDP, CDE
- Ensure BIM QA/QC, model health checks, clash management, and information compliance
- Develop company wide BIM standards, templates, workflows, and automation strategies
- Manage multiple international projects simultaneously
- Develop project execution strategies, delivery schedules, and resource plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture (Master's preferred)
- 15+ years of experience in project delivery with strong exposure to BIM led projects
- Proven experience leading multi discipline technical and BIM teams
- Hands on understanding of BIM workflows, coordination, and digital delivery
- Strong project management expertise (PMP or equivalent certification preferred)
- Experience with Primavera P6 for planning and scheduling
- Experience working within CDE environments and managing BIM standards and compliance
- Strong client facing skills with ability to manage senior stakeholders
- Experience delivering Middle East projects is a strong advantage
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision making skills

Overview
- Switzel International, a leading BIM & Digital Engineering consultancy delivering major projects across Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the Middle East, is expanding its leadership team.
- We are looking for an experienced Technical Operations Manager – BIM & Digital Delivery to lead our technical delivery center.
- This is a senior leadership position responsible for managing complete BIM project delivery, leading multidisciplinary teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring successful execution of international BIM projects.
- The selected candidate will act as the single point of technical leadership between clients, project teams, and company management.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of BIM project delivery from kickoff to completion.
- Lead BIM Managers, BIM Coordinators, Discipline Leads, Engineers, and BIM Modelers.
- Plan manpower allocation across multiple projects.

- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training.
- Act as the main technical point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Lead technical coordination meetings.
- Manage client expectations, submissions, approvals, and issue resolution.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with international clients.
- Implement and manage BIM workflows aligned with ISO 19650, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), EIR requirements, LOIN, MIDP/TIDP, CDE workflows.

- Develop company wide BIM standards, templates, workflows, and automation strategies.
