- Responsible for managing and maintaining financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and Qatar financial regulations. Works closely with the management team to support budgeting, expense monitoring, and financial reporting for project operations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, general ledgers, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities with attention to detail and timeliness.
- Assist in preparing project budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis for management review.
- Monitor cash flow, reconcile bank statements, and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Support payroll processing, invoicing, and expense reimbursement documentation.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or SAP) for efficient financial data management.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling all financial information.
- Strong background in financial management and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
