Technical Operations Engineer, Space Systems

Knowledge of electrical systems, both low-voltage and high-voltage.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently in the field and collaborate with customers and team members.

Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%.

Proficient in working with hands and tools to assemble, repair, and maintain technical hardware in the field.

Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from start to finish.

Proven experience in server installation, cable routing (fiber and Ethernet), and electrical coordination.

Hands-on experience with rack installation, patch panels, and cable management systems.

Excellent communication skills for working with subcontractors and internal stakeholders.

Certifications (preferred but not required): BICSI, CompTIA Server+, OSHA 30, low-voltage contractor license.

Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS/SCI security clearance.

Ability to meet health and medical requirements in advance of deployments in accordance with DFARS 252.225-7040, DoDI 3020.41, and/or any additional requirements outlined by region or supporting force, as applicable.

Experience with Linux system administration, comfortable following command-line instructions.

Experience configuring and troubleshooting networking environments, including Cisco switch/router configurations, VLANs, and routing.

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience.

Military background and active security clearance
