About the Role
BAE Systems seeks a Technical Manager Integration for the Typhoon Programme in Saudi Arabia. The role manages systems engineering activities including requirements, change, and configuration management, and maintains product security.

- Support all Prime Contract Requirements and Configurations Management activities for Typhoon Programme
- Manage overall Systems Engineering Management activities (Requirements, Change, Configuration) for KSA SALAM Programme
- Maintain the Salam Product Security Management System
- Develop SQEP Engineering personnel across SALAM Programme
- Provide advice and guidance on product security matters
Requirements
- Honors Engineering degree
- Associate Engineer (AE) or higher with Saudi Council of Engineering (SCE)
- Excellent understanding of Engineering Life Cycle Management
- Experience in engineering process, governance, and assurance
- Proven ability for objective decision making in resources and risk management
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Management experience with multi disciplined staff

- Support all Prime Contract Requirements and Configurations Management activities for Typhoon Programme
- Manage overall Systems Engineering Management activities for KSA SALAM Programme on behalf of Head of Engineering Integration
- Maintain the Salam Product Security Management System
Accountabilities
- Report to Head of Engineering Integration of Typhoon Programme
- Manage overall Systems Engineering Management activities for KSA SALAM Programme
- Support integration technical management for all stakeholders
- Act as Functional management PoC for Requirements and Configuration management
- Develop SQEP Engineering personnel across SALAM Programme
- Maintain Salam Programme Product Security Management System
- Continuously improve the Salam Product Security Management System
- Provide advice, guidance on product security matters and facilitate training
Job Requirements
- Educated to Honors Engineering degree level
- Associate Engineer (AE) or higher with Saudi Council of Engineering (SCE)
- Excellent understanding of Engineering Life Cycle Management
- Experience in engineering process, governance, assurance and deployment
- Experience in highly regulated and scrutinised area
- Proven ability for objective decision making in resources, risk management
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Good management and people development competencies
- Understanding of BAE Systems Operational Framework desirable
- Understanding of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and commercial processes desirable
