- Oversee all technical aspects of hotel construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, industry best practices, and local regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage and coordinate a team of engineers, architects, and contractors, providing technical guidance, resolving complex issues, and ensuring effective collaboration to meet project deadlines.
- Review and approve technical drawings, submittals, and material selections, ensuring alignment with project requirements, budget constraints, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks, identifying and addressing any technical deficiencies or deviations from the approved plans, and proactively mitigating risks.
