Technical Learning Advisor - Aircraft Structural Assembly Profile

Assisting in the development and updating of technical training content and hands-on learning activities;

Preparing training classes and learning environments required for training delivery;

Delivering training sessions;

Participating in the development of training and onboarding plans for structure assemblers;

Supporting the integration of new employees;

Contributing to knowledge transfer plans and workforce cross-training optimization initiatives;

Acting as a subject matter expert and providing the technical expertise required to resolve complex operational issues;

Leading coaching sessions and providing feedback to learners;

Identifying and capturing continuous improvement opportunities;

Promoting continuous learning, people development, and operational excellence.

You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in aerospace structures assembly;

You have experience in learning and development, adult education, project management, or coaching;

You have excellent interpersonal skills;

You have a strong ability to influence others;

You have a strong team-oriented mindset;

You are adaptable and have a high tolerance for change;

You have strong organizational and planning skills;

You are proficient with computer applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite;

You are bilingual in French and English (an asset).
