Technical Leader - Product Development

Identify and mitigate technical risks, issues, and dependencies.

Lead impact assessments for engineering changes, customer requests, and component updates.

Ensure compliance with quality processes, configuration management, and root-cause analysis methodologies.

Support DFM, production readiness, pilot builds, launch activities, and manufacturing issue resolution.

Coordinate responses to field issues, supplier changes, software releases, and component obsolescence.

Monitor engineering budgets, resource utilization, forecasts, and technical KPIs.

Support capacity planning, recovery actions, and executive status reporting.

Maintain dashboards covering schedule, scope, risks, defects, resources, and costs.

12-14 years of automotive product development experience with strong technical leadership exposure.

Experience leading complex automotive electronics programs through RFQ, development, validation, industrialization, launch, and customer delivery .

Experience in Cockpit Electronics, Infotainment, CDC, Displays, Clusters, Connectivity, and Camera-based systems .

Experience managing global engineering teams, suppliers, customer commitments, and large development programs.

Strong leadership, ownership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Customer-focused with strong execution and accountability.

Analytical problem solver with a focus on quality, cost, risk, and delivery.
