Lead all forecasting processes (Strategic Plan, Budget, periodic forecasts)
Oversee and validate VAVE reporting for both actuals and forecasts
Manage CBU reporting (P&L, R&D, Squeeze, Overdue, LTC & B/S), ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Review program margins with plant teams and challenge financial assumptions to drive continuous improvement
Analyze engineering hours and ensure alignment with program forecasts
Deliver consolidated financial analysis, including variance analysis and budget control
Lead tooling asset control, including budgeting, billing, intercompany flows, and balance sheet management
Manage operating cash flow (Capex, assets, overdue) at the CBU level
Support acquisition processes in collaboration with Program Controllers and Sales
Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Program Management, Plant and CBU stakeholders
Support continuous improvement of the CBU business model
Provide actionable insights and recommend initiatives to improve operational and financial performance, especially on cost and workload optimization
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Business, or related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in plant controlling or Business Unit controlling.
Strong knowledge of P&L and balance sheet management
Comfortable working in complex and ambiguous environments
Strong communication and negotiation skills
High level of autonomy with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to challenge the status quo
Fluent in English
