Role Overview
Responsibilities Provide technical leadership, clarity and direction for the project’s development team Collaborate with team members in evaluating technical merits and costs associated with product decisions Facilitate design/architecture discussions Scope projects that require multiple developer resources Lead projects from conception to release Review code, merge branches and generally be a great team player by seeking out and providing feedback Deliver operational excellence by identifying, resolving and fixing root issues Build robust, lasting and extensible systems in Node, Java, C#, Rails and others (we're not picky about which tools you've used - our team works across many stacks) Collaborate with designers, developers, strategists, QA analysts and account managers on client projects and new opportunities Continuously integrate automated software tests and deployments Minimum Requirements Technical leadership and mentorship experience Experience in full cycle project development Experience with modern databases such as Postgres, Redis, MongoDB, etc...
