Overview
At ChiStats , we’re looking for a Technical Lead to drive high-impact engineering outcomes for a forward-thinking client in the Insurance & Data Science sector . You'll join a team that thrives on innovation, solving real-world problems using cutting-edge Python stacks, scalable APIs, modern databases , and cloud-native in.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a development team, ensuring timely delivery, code quality, and skill growth
- Manage customer communication, understand requirements, provide technical clarity, and ensure satisfaction
- Develop and maintain scalable codebases, including new framework design, enhancements, and production-grade pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to align development goals with business objectives
- Ensure code quality through reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical challenges in live systems
- Document architecture, workflows, and key decisions, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and maintainability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills are a must for this role.
- Effectively conveying ideas and creative concepts to clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment with their vision and objectives.
