Role Overview
We are looking for a Manual Tester with 2–3 years of experience in functional and UI testing. The candidate will be responsible for validating application functionality, user experience, and business requirements across web-based applications.
The role may involve working directly with US-based clients and project stakeholders. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Review business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test execution reports.
- Perform functional, UI, usability, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Validate application behaviour across different browsers, devices, and screen resolutions.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other project stakeholders.
- Participate in requirement discussions, sprint planning, daily meetings, and defect triage sessions.
- Perform impact analysis and regression testing for application changes.
- Maintain test documentation and provide clear testing status updates.
- Support client demonstrations and user acceptance testing, when required.
