We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Technical Lead, Network Software Development.

This role involves strategic leadership, technical expertise, and active participation in different stages of cloud software development/operations.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of networking, cloud architecture, software development best practices, and a passion for driving innovation.

What you’ll be doing:

You will be technical-lead architecting, designing and developing the critical elements for the network stack of our wireless communication systems including data plane, control plane, security and remote/cloud management.

This includes

• Network services (Layer 2 networking, switching, traffic management/classification, SLA enforcement, security) for point-to-multipoint wireless access systems.
• Network and Device management - interfacing with hardware (ASIC/FPGA and other devices), switch management, configuration, telemetry, alarms, diagnostics, WebUI .
• Scalable network/cloud management and provisioning frameworks.

• BS in Computer Science/Engineering with at least 12 years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to drive issues to closure.
