Job Title: Technical Lead – .NET, Azure & React Location: Pune, India Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office (On-site)
Job Summary
Zywave is seeking a Technical Lead – .NET, Azure & React to lead the development and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with expertise in .NET, Azure technologies, React, SQL Server, and Git , capable of guiding a high-performing engineering team, driving best practices, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using .NET, Azure, React, and SQL Server .
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and QA engineers to deliver impactful and high-quality solutions.
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and efficient development workflows .
- Conduct code reviews , mentor team members, and foster a collaborative engineering culture.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across front-end, back-end, and cloud environments.
- Support release management, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance scalability, security, and performance.
