About the Role

Tealium seeks a Technical Lead, Implementation Engineer to lead complex implementations of its Customer Data Platform for enterprise clients in the EMEA/MENA region. Responsibilities

Lead hands on technical configuration, deployment, and validation of Tealium products for customers
Write and debug performant, scalable JavaScript for tag management, data layer enrichment, and server side functions
Troubleshoot front end issues including JavaScript tags, APIs, mobile SDKs, and network level data discrepancies
Implement best practice data strategies for event tracking, user identity resolution, segmentation, and audience activation
Integrate Tealium with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Suite, Adobe Suite, Meta, Salesforce, Snowflake, DataBricks
Consult on data sources and set up inbound connections or workflows
Collaborate with customers to translate business objectives into data strategy and solution design
Contribute to internal and customer facing knowledge bases, playbooks, and documentation

Requirements

1 2 years of experience with Tealium's full product suite (iQ, AudienceStream, EventStream, DataAccess) or similar Digital Marketing technology
5+ years of experience in a client facing technical implementation, solutions engineering, or Martech consulting role
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web debugging tools (Postman, Chrome DevTools, Proxies)
Strong understanding of data layers, tag management systems, and event based architecture
Experience with digital marketing and analytics platforms: Adobe Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Amplitude
Experience with Journey Orchestration or Marketing Orchestration tools (e.g., SFMC, Braze, AEP, Bloomreach, MoEngage)
Familiarity with REST APIs, server side tracking, mobile SDKs, and data enrichment concepts
Exposure to privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and consent management platforms
Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic highly preferred
Ability to travel regionally
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred

What We Are Looking For

Tealium is seeking a Technical Lead, Implementation Engineer to join the Professional Services team.
This customer facing role involves technical implementation, strategic consulting, and solution architecture.
The ideal candidate will be located in or near Dubai to facilitate regular on site collaboration and regional travel.

Implementation & Technical Delivery

Lead hands on technical configuration, deployment, and validation of Tealium products (iQ, AudienceStream, EventStream, DataAccess, Insights, etc.).
Write and debug performant, scalable JavaScript for tag management, data layer enrichment, and server side functions.
Troubleshoot front end issues including JavaScript tags, APIs, mobile SDKs, and network level data discrepancies.
Implement best practice data strategies for event tracking, user identity resolution, segmentation, and audience activation.
Integrate Tealium with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Suite, Adobe Suite, Meta, Salesforce, Snowflake, DataBricks.
Consult on data sources and set up inbound connections or workflows.

Solution Consulting & Strategy

Collaborate with customers to translate business objectives into data strategy and solution design.
Guide clients on customer data architecture, tag governance, and privacy compliant data capture.
Contribute to strategic planning sessions and workshops with client teams.
Identify opportunities for expansion and future value across the Tealium product suite.
Support customers in preparing data infrastructure for AI driven personalization and automation.

Cross Regional Collaboration

Operate with autonomy, supporting customers in the region while coordinating with the in region team.
Maintain clear communication via project management tools (Jira, Confluence) and remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack).

Internal Enablement & Contribution

Contribute to internal and customer facing knowledge bases, playbooks, and documentation.
Share insights from customer projects to improve internal tooling, processes, and delivery methodology.
Participate in peer reviews, team stand ups, and cross functional projects.

What You Bring To Tealium

1 2 years of experience with Tealium's full product suite or similar Digital Marketing technology.

Wage Transparency

Base salary range of AED 440,000 to AED 550,000 annually.
May be eligible for performance based bonus and equity options.
