About the Role
The Technical Lead will architect, build, and lead development of web and mobile applications for maritime SaaS products.
The role combines hands-on coding and problem-solving with technical guidance, developer mentoring, and delivery ownership.
The products support maritime fuel efficiency, ESG compliance, safety, and decarbonization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end hands-on technical development for web and mobile platforms.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions using Node.js, Next.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Drive React Native mobile development for iOS and Android.
- Define data architecture practices covering integrity, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth delivery.
- Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
- Resolve performance bottlenecks, security risks, and architectural challenges.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and engage clients in problem-solving.
- Support analytics and ESG reporting integrations.
- Lead sprint planning and ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
