About the Role
K4 Group is seeking an experienced Technical Lead Designer with strong fit-out experience to join its Design Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design development for luxury fit-out projects.
- Prepare and review architectural, interior and shop drawings.
- Make independent technical decisions and provide practical solutions to site challenges.
- Coordinate with MEP, joinery, marble and site teams for smooth execution.
- Review drawings to ensure designs are accurate, practical and buildable.
- Conduct site visits and resolve technical and design issues during execution.
- Provide technical guidance to designers and draftsmen.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in architecture or interior design with strong fit-out experience.
- Experience in luxury residential or villa fit-out is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out construction, detailing and material coordination.
