Drive new business and expand the client base across the UAE.
The role focuses on B2B sales for housekeeping, cleaning, facilities management, maintenance, and soft services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Identify opportunities across commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, retail, and other sectors.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for K4 Group services.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of UAE B2B sales or business development experience.
- Experience in housekeeping, commercial cleaning, facilities management, maintenance, or soft services is essential.
- Strong UAE client network and proven sales track record.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong hunter mentality.
- UAE driving licence and own vehicle are preferred.
