Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and implementation efforts, guiding development teams.
- Review code, oversee integrations, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Coordinate with cross functional stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable systems.
- Mentor team members, define best practices, and participate in technical roadmapping.
- Support project planning and estimation.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, including guiding engineering teams, setting standards, and overseeing solution design and implementation.
- Strong background in software development and architecture (e.g., modern programming languages, APIs, system integration, cloud or on premise infrastructure).
- Proficiency with development best practices such as version control, testing strategies, code reviews, and documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product, business, and operations stakeholders, translating requirements into clear technical plans.
- Experience managing project timelines, estimating effort, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring on time delivery of technical milestones.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with a focus on performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor, coach, and support the growth of other team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Role Description
- The Technical Lead is a full time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for partial work from home.
- The role involves leading technical design and implementation efforts, guiding development teams, and ensuring that solutions align with business and architectural standards.
- The Technical Lead will review code, oversee integrations, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and coordinate with cross functional stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable systems.
- Responsibilities also include mentoring team members, defining best practices, participating in technical roadmapping, and supporting project planning and estimation.
- The person in this role will help maintain high quality technology outcomes while contributing to continuous improvement across processes and platforms.
