Role Overview
The Technical Implementations Lead supports professional services and oversees technical solution delivery for Smile Digital Health customers.
The role works with customers and internal development, product management, solution architecture, support, implementation, service, and account teams.
The position supports improvements in the performance, scalability, durability, and security of custom solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers on implementation projects, including platform configuration, scripting, troubleshooting, technical solution design, and architectural guidance.
- Develop expertise in HL7, FHIR, OpenID Connect, Kubernetes, Java, JavaScript, JSON, and XML.
- Manage concurrent projects, escalate requests, and stay current with industry trends and best practices.
