Queberry is seeking a Technical Support Engineer with six to nine years of UAE experience.
The role supports IT projects and requires strong technical knowledge, project administration, communication, and supervision capabilities.
Requirements
- Six to nine years of UAE experience is required.
- Arabic-speaking ability and a valid UAE driving license are required.
- An IT background is required; computer science or engineering is preferred for technical project management work.
- Proven IT-sector project administration experience is required.
- Good knowledge of networking fundamentals, server hardware, Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP is required.
- Excellent written, verbal, client-facing, and internal communication skills are required.
- The role requires the ability to manage and supervise multiple-discipline projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for successful project execution.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Support technical projects involving networking, server hardware, and Microsoft server technologies.
- Manage and supervise projects involving multiple disciplines and communicate with clients and internal teams.
