Role Overview
Lead Design Office operations across Riyadh, Khobar, Egypt, and the Philippines.
Coordinate engineering disciplines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality design projects.
Oversee resource planning, design governance, multidisciplinary coordination, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall operations of the Design Office across all regional offices.
- Coordinate Architecture, Structural, Civil, MEP, Infrastructure, BIM, and other discipline heads.
- Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
- Monitor resource utilization and optimize workload distribution across offices.
- Establish engineering standards, design procedures, and QA/QC processes.
- Lead multidisciplinary coordination meetings and resolve technical issues.
- Drive continuous improvement, digital engineering, and BIM initiatives.
- Prepare management reports, resource forecasts, and performance dashboards for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture is required.
- Master's degree in Engineering or Architecture is preferred.
- 20+ years of experience in multidisciplinary engineering design consultancy is required.
- At least 8–10 years of leadership experience managing large Design Offices is required.
- Experience coordinating multiple engineering disciplines and international design teams is required.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills are required.
