Role Overview
RBC is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of transformative AI initiatives at scale.
The role owns a complex portfolio involving cross-functional dependencies, governance frameworks, and architecture decisions across multiple platforms.
The position requires technical acumen, strategic leadership, ambiguity management, and experience delivering complex projects in large organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of complex AI and data platform initiatives while managing priorities, timelines, interdependencies, risks, blockers, and resource constraints.
- Coordinate engineering, product, business, and third-party vendor stakeholders and communicate progress and trade-offs to leadership.
- Apply advanced problem solving, strategic thinking, and sound judgment across ambiguous technical delivery efforts.
- Identify emerging technologies and innovative approaches that can improve delivery effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
