Role Overview
Technical Customer Solutions Manager role supporting enterprise cloud migration, modernization, and GenAI outcomes.
The role serves as a trusted advisor and customer advocate across AWS teams, partners, and enterprise stakeholders.
The position owns multiple complex transformation programs and requires technical program management expertise.
Customer Transformation Delivery
- Translate customer business and strategic goals into executable cloud transformation plans.
- Own multiple migration, modernization, and GenAI programs from inception through delivery.
- Provide prescriptive guidance based on AWS best practices.
- Ensure broad alignment and adoption across customer IT and business stakeholders.
- Lead specialist-team, professional-services, and partner handoffs when needed.
Governance and Risk Management
- Ensure Migration Readiness Assessments and migration foundation activities are completed.
- Coordinate migration kick-off workshops, stakeholder alignment, and executive steering committees.
- Establish reporting and mechanisms to identify and mitigate risks and delays.
