• Coordinate and ensure the overall follow-up of multi-site R&T projects of varying technical and financial scope. • Structure, plan, and monitor project progress (milestones, deliverables, risks, decisions). • Ensure alignment among stakeholders: technical teams, operations, engineering, quality, finance, and suppliers as required. • Act as the project focal point, facilitating communication between sites and ensuring consistency of information. • Prepare and lead project reviews, governance committees, and follow-up meetings. • Develop and deliver executive presentations (director and VP level) summarizing progress, issues, decisions, and recommendations. • Document projects (plans, progress tracking, presentations, meeting minutes, technical reviews). • Identify risks, propose mitigation plans, and ensure proactive follow-up. • Contribute to improving R&T project management practices and multi-site collaboration. • Thrive in an industrial environment with regular interaction with field teams.

You hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or any other relevant equivalent education/experience.
You have 10 years significant experience in a coordination or technical project management role, ideally in an industrial or R&T environment.
You are autonomous, well-organized, and able to manage multiple projects of varying nature and size simultaneously.
You have a solid foundation in project management (schedule tracking, team coordination, priority management).
You are recognized for strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
You are comfortable presenting at executive levels (directors, VPs) and adapting your message to different audiences.
You are comfortable working in an industrial environment, including interactions on the production floor.
You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) – essential.
You demonstrate the ability to work in a cross-functional and multi-site environment.
You show excellent organizational skills, foresight, and attention to detail.
You are fluent in both French and English, spoken and written.
