Develop and maintain project charters, ensuring scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria are clearly defined.

Create and manage project schedules and implementation plans.

Establish key milestones and monitor progress against planned timelines.

Implement and maintain project management tools, dashboards, and tracking mechanisms.

Conduct regular project reviews with project owners and stakeholders.

Track progress and ensure action items are completed as planned.

Identify schedule deviations, risks, and obstacles that could impact project delivery.

Coordinate mitigation plans and corrective actions to maintain project momentum.

Prepare and lead a weekly Project Governance Review with management.

Develop project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
