About the Role
The Technical Consultant and Data Engineer will support o9 customers after implementation.
The role focuses on platform operations, customer outcomes, system reliability, batch processes, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration.
The role is based in Bangalore and is hybrid.
What You Will Do
- Respond to, recover, and resolve batch automation disruptions while meeting customer SLAs.
- Monitor the o9 cloud platform and troubleshoot system issues with DevOps and Support teams.
- Validate, transform, and manage customer data using SQL, SSIS, Excel, Apache NiFi, Hadoop, PySpark, and Hive.
- Analyze customer data, dependencies, and data integrity.
- Support CI/CD, improve reliability, and analyze performance metrics.
- Develop Python, Bash, or PowerShell automation scripts.
- Work with o9 data models, fine-tune performance, automate manual processes, and implement checks.
