Role Description
- The Technical Consultant is a part time role based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on site client meetings and office work with some work from home flexibility.
- The consultant provides technical support and troubleshooting for clients, helping diagnose issues, propose solutions, and ensure stable operations across systems and tools.
- The position involves analyzing client requirements, preparing technical assessments, and advising on best practices, architectures, or integrations that align with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with consulting and sales teams to contribute to proposals, product demonstrations, and implementation plans.
- Maintain clear documentation of technical findings and recommendations.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand challenges, prioritize tasks, and deliver timely, practical guidance.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess technical issues, and support evidence based recommendations.
- Consulting skills to engage with clients, understand business needs, and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose problems, resolve incidents, and improve system performance.
- Sales related skills to support pre sales activities, explain technical value propositions, and contribute to solution presentations.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience working in client facing technical roles, preferably within investments, technology, or professional services, is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, hybrid environment are important.
