- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English is required
- Arabic language skills are an asset

Role Description
- This is a part time, hybrid Business Development Executive role based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work from home arrangements.
- The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, conducting market research, and generating qualified leads in target sectors.
- The role includes managing client accounts, preparing proposals and presentations, and maintaining strong communication with prospective and existing partners.
- The Executive will collaborate with internal teams to align business development activities with overall company strategy, track performance metrics, and support deal execution and follow up.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a strong pipeline.
- Candidates should possess solid Business acumen and Account Management skills to oversee relationships and support ongoing projects.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present proposals, negotiate terms, and maintain professional client interactions.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or investment related roles, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, manage time independently, and coordinate with teams both in office and remotely.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; familiarity with financial or investment concepts is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an asset.
