Technical Consultant

Hands-on experience with Extreme Networks Switching, Wireless, NAC, SD-WAN, and Cloud IQ solutions.

Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, VLAN, STP, Routing, Wireless technologies, and network troubleshooting.

Experience in implementation, configuration, migration, and support of enterprise network environments.

Good understanding of network monitoring, NAC, network automation, and security best practices.

Experience in handling customer deployments, troubleshooting, RCA, and coordination with OEM TAC support.

Relevant certifications such as Extreme Certified Specialist (ECS), Extreme Certified Professional (ECP), or equivalent networking certifications are preferred.

Knowledge of multi-vendor networking environments including Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, or Fortinet is an added advantage.

Good communication, presentation, and documentation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects within SLA timelines.
