Serve as a primary point of contact and trusted resource for Environmental clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through face-to-face meetings, telephone conversations and ongoing communication.
Develop an understanding of each client's business, analytical requirements and expectations.
Act as the link between clients and AGAT's laboratory and operational teams.
Take ownership of client projects and help ensure commitments are met.
Monitor projects and work orders as they progress through the laboratory.
Proactively communicate project status, laboratory updates and potential turnaround-time delays.
Coordinate with laboratory and operational teams regarding client projects, technical questions and reanalysis requirements.
Communicate sample integrity concerns and work with clients and laboratory personnel toward appropriate solutions.
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of sample receipt notifications, certificates of analysis, reports, exports and invoices.
Identify opportunities to improve analytical packages, reporting formats and the overall client experience.
Maintain accurate client information and special instructions within AGAT's systems.
Participate in ongoing technical, client-service and professional development.
A diploma or degree in Science, Environmental Science, Chemistry or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of client-facing experience is preferred.
Minimum one to two years of laboratory or customer service expeirence.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
